Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Due to the instant and digital nature of AI-generated images, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue or are truly unsatisfied, please contact us and we will figure things out!

How long does it take to process an image?

Most images are ready in under a minute but in extreme cases it can take up to 2 minutes.

What file formats are supported?

You can upload all common image formats including JPG/JPEG, PNG and WEBP (convert tool coming soon). The maximum file size is 10MB per image. For best results, we recommend using clear, well-lit photos with faces clearly visible. You can download the result in PNG, JPEG, or WEBP format.
